This is the one of the most difficult concept for many people who believe. The main point for the weight training is to make the muscle to grow. Once you gained it you still need to remian it, all the new muscle need to be built during your rest.

The free weight will make your body work even harder than those machine. They need the more concentration and allow the stimulation to support the muscles. While the machine will limit the effectiveness of the exercise, however, it’s good for the beginning to help with forma and basic control.

Lifting the same weights over and over isn’t going to get you big. In fact it will do the exact opposite.By lifting the same weight over and over wont help in making the muscle go big, in fact it would not do any thing. You need to use the heavier weight in order to build up the muscle.

8. Should not go for a long session training

The long session training is not such in helping in building up muscle more faster. This is only related in the development of hte body builders focusing to hte muscle tonning. The long training sessions only cause the catabolic hormone leves increase dramatically.

9. Not need to do aerobic for losting fat

The time you spend on swimming and running can help in building up hte muscle and it recovery the time lost. You can lose fat fast by building up the muscle. However, if you have a high calories intake for the muscle building, then the aerobic activities will also help in lossing the fat.

10. To build up the muscle you need more than 3 meals

The muscle building is really need the eating properly and most of all, having the meal more often and have more proteins in your diet. Every 2.5 hour you need to fill your stomach, this means that you must have 6 meals per days.
