The arteries around the heart become narrow once we getting older, due to the walls of the arteries all are stick by the fats and others uninvited substance. As this happen, the oxygen is hardly get pass through the vein, the number of the oxygen that get to the body is limited and when the heart has no enough oxygen, there is the chance of heart attack happened. The sign of the heart attack that you may need to know in case that you can prevent it from happened before it’s too late.

In some case, patients do not experience any hear attack or any chest pain, there are no sign of the CAD. However, if you have such symptoms mention as follow, you may need to seek for the advice from the doctor.

-Chest pain
-Shortness of breath
-Palpitations
-Fast or racing heartbeat
-Weakness
-Dizziness
-Nausea
-Sweating (not due to exercise)

Chest pain is the most common symptom that you may know. The ches pain is described as the unusual feeling in the chest at the position of below the breastbone. The other places also could feel pain include the neck, arm, throat, and left shoulder. The other symptom is angina, where it is described as the strong feeling of burning, aching, squeezing and aching. If you feel any of these two symptoms, and the pain is last more than 15 mintues you are in danger, call your doctor.

If you want to get away from such experience, or want to prevent it to happen, you need to protect yourself by

-Quit smoking! Quit all the cigarette, cpipe or cigar. One smoke per day will increase the chance of the heart attack in double.

-Lower your cholesterol. Cholesterol will cause the clog in the arteries, and lead to the low blood flow and oxygen to the heart. The cholesterol above 200 mg, means that you are at risk. If there is any history in your family member having the heart attack, then you have to check your cholesterol regulary.
-Increas your level of HDL. Since HDL is counted as the “good” cholesterol. This is the cholesterol that helping in carries the “bad” cholesterol from the arteries to the liver and then remove from the blood stream.
-Reduce high blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, then it’s hard for your heart and kidneys to perform the work properly and this will result in the increasing of the risk of heart disease .
-Maintain a weight in the way of being healthy
-Exercise regulary and moderately.
-Avoid the fatty foods and the foods with high sugar content.
- Avoiding in living under the stress.
-Limiting the consumption of alcohol.
